I'm happy to announce the first Integral Transformative Practice, Workshop taught by a certified trainer in the UK.
Saturday March 8th, 10am - 5pm, Natural Bodies, Bond Street, Brighton.

ITP is a pioneering program for body, mind, heart and soul based on comprehensive long-term practice. This holistic approach to cultivating health, personal growth and positive social change, was designed not only for spiritual seekers, but for all people, particularly those with busy lives. It was created by aikido teacher and author George Leonard and Michael Murphy of Esalen Institute. ITP is grounded in extensive research, for example by Stanford University. This will be the first time ITP has been taught in the UK by a certified trainer. More on ITP can be found at: http://itp-international.org/

It will be lead by Pam Kramer, ITP President, and will cover :

  • The ITP Kata (form) an integration of physical, mental & spiritual exercises
  • The body as a wise teacher
  • Effective peaceful communication

  • Energy Training

  • Affirmations and visualizations

  • How to apply ITP to your life

Thanks deshi dude. What I learnt from being a deshi is this:

look after your feet
hide your chocolate
pain is nothing to get upset about (unless you have cracked feet and no chocolate)

Oh, and some aikido.
